The staff helped us a lot with storing our luggage. It was secure. Breakfast had a sufficient variety of cereals, fruit, and pastries. Free drinks were available in the evening. The location was great for accessing shops and restaurants nearby.

The bed felt hard. The pillows were not comfortable either. The robots at reception seemed useless. I think they are just a gimmick.

the location was great as tsukiji market was within walking distance. a family mart was also nearby which was very useful. the lg styler in the room was the best feature for me.

The front desk provided efficient service. I got a pre-check-in email and check-in at the hotel was seamless. They store luggage for a day and this helped me a lot on my check out day. They have manga on the 2nd floor to read and drinks and snacks in the common area.

The bed was very hard. Rooms was small and it was not easy to put bags anywhere.
